It is ultimately the buyers responsibility to ensure they are buying the correct package. Please make sure that sizes, model numbers etc. are what you want before purchase. There is absolutely NO RETURNS for any reason other than the item NOT being what is represented in the ad description, and in the main photo of each variation. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Buyer remorse, buyer purchasing wrong items on accident or on purpose, i.e. wrong sizes, wrong model numbers, not liking the item once it arrives etc. are in no way the responsibility of the seller and refunds

To insure safe delivery, our packaging far exceeds the guidelines of shipping carriers. In the unfortunate event that your order becomes damaged during transit, notify us and the carrier immediately (within 24 hours). The faster you report damage to the carrier, the faster the claim process will be completed (subject to approval by carrier). All return shipping cost is the Buyer’s responsibility.
