Shade-grown beneath banana trees, this USDA certified organic coffee offers a great value, great flavor and helps support the fragile eco-structure in Central America. What We Like About This CoffeeWe enjoy this single-origin roast for several reasons, chief among them is that it brews an amazing cup of coffee! We are currently roasting it medium to bring out the notes of caramel, milk chocolate and orange.
