, due the NEW customs  rules and  cov-19  situation for time been is common that most COUNTRIES  have problems of late mail delivery  (as  ASIA, SPAIN, RUSSIA,FRANCE,UN.KINGDOM.  ,and
especially  the  USA etc. ),
so letters can be processed  a long time, a month or more, therefore big request to  gain patience with the time delivery of your shipped package, and not open claims in 4-5 weeks of waiting.
All post offices more or less, have late mail delivery these days because of the many problems due  the  pandemic, so, few times probably will take more than 1.5 month to arrive & be delivered the package.
