I'm thirsty! When do I get my coffee? Subscriptions currently ship on & are available for pickup Saturdays (Holidays may affect the schedule).
Need to pause your subscription? No Problem! Simply email us at [email protected]. We can pause you for up to 2 months. You will receive a confirmation email within the next business day.
Having a party or just need more coffee? Great! Again just email us at [email protected] and we will arrange to add coffee to your next delivery and at the same price you are currently paying (additional shipping cost applies).
Which of your amazing coffees are included in my subscription? Patron Rotating subscription includes fantastic coffees from around the world! Our hand-crafted Cask, Gift or Roasters Reserve coffees require more time, cost and labor to produce and are not included in the subscription. But fear not! If any of these coffees tickle your fancy, or you want to be first on the list to receive a coffee when its available, reach out to us at [email protected] before your purchase. Not a Big Fan of A Particular Coffee? There is a world of unique coffees to explore and the way you enjoy your beverage is just as unique. Part of being a Roastwell Patron is providing feedback so we understand what our coffee friends truly enjoy! And while we love to hear you rave about our coffees to your friends, we very much wish to know about a coffee that could be improved. We can take it, trust me!
What's The Whole Story on Whole Bean Coffee? Similar to deciding between wine in a box vs. a bottle (I'm sure there's great box wine's out there lol) if you're buying very fresh coffee, and arguably paying comparatively more for your quality purchase, you will want to grind your own beans, preferably just before you brew and to the level of fineness that's best for that brew method. For example a french press grind is much courser than what's required for a pour over or drip machine. If you've never seen fresh coffee "bloom" (release carbon dioxide) when making coffee in a pour over, you should, it's amazing! Still we understand not everyone has the time or desire to grind daily and so we will eventually be offering coffee ground. In the meantime, enjoy the "Zen garden" moment of grinding & preparing your morning Joe. Namaste!
Can I Cancel My Subscription? The Patron Subscription pricing provides you deep discounts on your purchases from day one and as such is non-refundable. We are committed to your satisfaction and can offer several modifications such as pausing your subscription for a short while.
